- Can I try Parley before paying?
- Yes. Every application has a development environment that works without a subscription, limited to 100 monthly active customers and 100 AI responses. Production keys turn on when you subscribe.
- How does Founding 40 work?
- The first 40 paying workspaces pay $19/month. The price holds while the subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and return later, Standard pricing applies. Places are allocated by the database at checkout, so the count is exact.
- What counts as a monthly active customer?
- A customer who sends or receives a message, or starts a conversation, during the calendar month. Customers who only load your app or website don't count.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- New customers can't start conversations until the next month or until you upgrade; existing customers keep working. AI stops replying automatically and conversations go to your team instead.
- How do payments work?
- Payments are processed by HandyPay, with card processing by Stripe. Parley never sees or stores your card details. You can cancel from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Is AI usage included?
- Yes, up to 3,000 AI responses per month on paid plans, including drafted replies for agents. You can set a lower cap per workspace.
