Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Parley. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
The service
Parley provides SDKs, a website widget, integrations and a dashboard for communicating with your users. Features depend on your plan and on third-party services you connect (for example Telegram, Apple, Google and RevenueCat), whose own terms also apply.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you and your users send, and for having a lawful basis to process your users' data.
- Keep secret keys, identity secrets and integration credentials confidential. Never ship secret keys in apps or websites.
- Don't use Parley to send spam, malware or unlawful content, or to message people who haven't contacted you where a channel forbids it.
AI features
AI replies are generated from the documentation you provide and may be incomplete or wrong. You decide whether AI replies are sent automatically. Parley does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Founding 40 pricing applies while your subscription remains continuously active and is not restored after cancellation. Limits for each plan are listed on the pricing page and may be updated with notice. Payments are processed by HandyPay.
Availability
We work to keep Parley available but do not offer a service level agreement on standard plans. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing and delete your workspace from Settings. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Parley is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
